à  ùÑÄéø, äÇîÌÇòÂìåÉú:
àÅìÆéêÈ, ðÈùÒÈàúÄé àÆú-òÅéðÇé--    äÇéÌÉùÑÀáÄé, áÌÇùÌÑÈîÈéÄí.
1 A Song of Ascents. {N}
Unto Thee I lift up mine eyes, O Thou that art enthroned in the heavens.
á  äÄðÌÅä ëÀòÅéðÅé òÂáÈãÄéí,    àÆì-éÇã àÂãåÉðÅéäÆí--
ëÌÀòÅéðÅé ùÑÄôÀçÈä,    àÆì-éÇã âÌÀáÄøÀúÌÈäÌ:
ëÌÅï òÅéðÅéðåÌ, àÆì-éÀäåÈä àÁìÉäÅéðåÌ--    òÇã, ùÑÆéÌÀçÈðÌÅðåÌ.
2 Behold, as the eyes of servants unto the hand of their master, {N}
as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; {N}
so our eyes look unto the LORD our God, until He be gracious unto us.
â  çÈðÌÅðåÌ éÀäåÈä çÈðÌÅðåÌ:    ëÌÄé-øÇá, ùÒÈáÇòÀðåÌ áåÌæ. 3 Be gracious unto us, O LORD, be gracious unto us; for we are full sated with contempt.
ã  øÇáÌÇú,    ùÒÈáÀòÈä-ìÌÈäÌ ðÇôÀùÑÅðåÌ:
äÇìÌÇòÇâ äÇùÌÑÇàÂðÇðÌÄéí;    äÇáÌåÌæ, ìâàéåðéí (ìÄâÀàÅé éåÉðÄéí).
4 Our soul is full sated {N}
with the scorning of those that are at ease, and with the contempt of the proud oppressors. {P}
