â  ôÌÆï-éÄèÀøÉó ëÌÀàÇøÀéÅä ðÇôÀùÑÄé;    ôÌÉøÅ÷, åÀàÅéï îÇöÌÄéì. 3 Lest he tear my soul like a lion, rending it in pieces, while there is none to deliver.
ã  éÀäåÈä àÁìÉäÇé, àÄí-òÈùÒÄéúÄé æÉàú;    àÄí-éÆùÑ-òÈåÆì áÌÀëÇôÌÈé. 4 O LORD my God, if I have done this; if there be iniquity in my hands;
ä  àÄí-âÌÈîÇìÀúÌÄé, ùÑåÉìÀîÄé øÈò;    åÈàÂçÇìÌÀöÈä öåÉøÀøÄé øÅé÷Èí. 5 If I have requited him that did evil unto me, or spoiled mine adversary unto emptiness;
å  éÄøÇãÌÉó àåÉéÅá ðÇôÀùÑÄé, åÀéÇùÌÒÅâ--åÀéÄøÀîÉñ ìÈàÈøÆõ çÇéÌÈé;    åÌëÀáåÉãÄé, ìÆòÈôÈø éÇùÑÀëÌÅï ñÆìÈä. 6 Let the enemy pursue my soul, and overtake it, and tread my life down to the earth; yea, let him lay my glory in the dust. Selah

ç  åÇòÂãÇú ìÀàËîÌÄéí, úÌÀñåÉáÀáÆêÌÈ;    åÀòÈìÆéäÈ, ìÇîÌÈøåÉí ùÑåÌáÈä. 8 And let the congregation of the peoples compass Thee about, and over them return Thou on high.
è  éÀäåÈä, éÈãÄéï òÇîÌÄéí:    ùÑÈôÀèÅðÄé éÀäåÈä; ëÌÀöÄãÀ÷Äé åÌëÀúËîÌÄé òÈìÈé. 9 O LORD, who ministerest judgment to the peoples, judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me.
é  éÄâÀîÈø ðÈà øÇò, øÀùÑÈòÄéí--    åÌúÀëåÉðÅï öÇãÌÄé÷;

10 Oh that a full measure of evil might come upon the wicked, and that Thou wouldest establish the righteous; {N}
for the righteous God trieth the heart and reins.
éà  îÈâÄðÌÄé òÇì-àÁìÉäÄéí;    îåÉùÑÄéòÇ, éÄùÑÀøÅé-ìÅá. 11 My shield is with God, who saveth the upright in heart.
éá  àÁìÉäÄéí, ùÑåÉôÅè öÇãÌÄé÷;    åÀàÅì, æÉòÅí áÌÀëÈì-éåÉí. 12 God is a righteous judge, yea, a God that hath indignation every day:
éâ  àÄí-ìÉà éÈùÑåÌá, çÇøÀáÌåÉ éÄìÀèåÉùÑ;    ÷ÇùÑÀúÌåÉ ãÈøÇêÀ, åÇéÀëåÉðÀðÆäÈ. 13 If a man turn not, He will whet His sword, He hath bent His bow, and made it ready;

èæ  áÌåÉø ëÌÈøÈä, åÇéÌÇçÀôÌÀøÅäåÌ;    åÇéÌÄôÌÉì, áÌÀùÑÇçÇú éÄôÀòÈì. 16 He hath digged a pit, and hollowed it, and is fallen into the ditch which he made.
éæ  éÈùÑåÌá òÂîÈìåÉ áÀøÉàùÑåÉ;    åÀòÇì ÷ÈãÀ÷ÃãåÉ, çÂîÈñåÉ éÅøÅã. 17 His mischief shall return upon his own head, and his violence shall come down upon his own pate.
